5 Ways to Get Motivated Today!

1. IDENTIFY YOUR PRIORITIES

Identify and list down the Top 10 priorities that will lead you to your concrete goals in life (e.g., becoming a teacher or owning your own house).

Choose to undertake the projects that are compatible with your concrete goals in life. Then, allocate most of your time to tasks that improve those projects.

As J.K. Rowling once proclaimed: "it is our choices that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities".

2.  WATCH THIS 60-SECONDS OF INSPIRATION

3. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF 

In order to get motivated, you must have enough energy to propel throughout the day. Drinking B vitamins and sleeping are nature's way of getting your energy back.

Four of the B vitamins play a key role in energy production, namely: thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and B-6. Indulge not only in the B vitamins supplements but also in the foods that are rich with them such as fish and almonds.

4.  BUILD YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM

Get the support you need from your partner, family, and friends. Your support system influence your personality and values. Support can either be external (i.e. people in your life or monetary) or internal (i.e. yourself).

Certainly, motivation is stronger when it comes from within. Believe in yourself!
